2. Order Processing Time

After your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, our team will begin preparing your items for shipment. Standard order processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods such as major sales events, holiday seasons, or high-demand product launches, processing time may be extended by 1-2 business days. We will send you an email notification if there is any significant delay in processing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly based on the following factors:

  • Destination location: Remote areas or regions with limited logistics infrastructure may require additional 1-3 business days for delivery;
  • Customs procedures: For international shipments, customs inspection and clearance processes may cause minor delays, which are beyond our direct control;

5. Shipping Address Requirements
